All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. B. Bare is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, B. Bare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
